Shipping Policy

All our shipments come with a tracking number provided by the transportation company UPS, so you will always know where your package is. You will receive this code via an email confirming that your package has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

International shipping rates vary depending on the final destination.

  • United States: $35.00 
  • Europe: $40.00 

Shipping methods and delivery time

Please note that it usually takes us 1-2 days to process orders for dispatch. Delivery time will start from the successful confirmation of payment. Once the order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • North America: 4-6 business days 
  • Europe: 7-9 business days 

Payment of customs duties and taxes

International shipments may generate taxes, customs fees, or import duties, which must be paid by the buyer. Haku Handmade is not responsible for additional costs generated by these types of taxes.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will manage the refund of your money. Below are the conditions for a return:

Conditions 

To request a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and arrive in the same condition as it was dispatched. Additionally, it cannot have any personalization. You must generate a return request within 5 business days after receiving the order. You can do this via the contact form, our WhatsApp, or our Email. Please indicate your order number. 

Return Shipping

The customer can return the product, but is responsible for paying the shipping and applicable taxes.

To return the product, you should send it to the following address:

Please send us the product return via a shipping company that has a tracking code, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipment. Please make sure to use appropriate packaging when sending the item.

Refund 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal (or original payment method) within the next 3 business days.
